Pilates is a training system developed at the beginning of the 1900s by Joseph Pilates. It consists in a series of exercises that involve postural muscles, that is muscles that help in keeping the body balanced and that are essential in providing support to the spinal column. This method is indicated also in postural re-education.

It is a combination of Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Tai Chi which, owing to the fusion of various activities, enables to improve very different physical characteristics such as strength, elasticity and cardio-vascular power.

Postural gymnastics is aimed at correcting and maintaining posture. Movements are gentle, slow and combined with breathing. This type of lesson is indicated for everybody.

Power lifting consists in a 2 hour super lesson during which all the muscles are trained excellently so as to tone up the body in a uniform manner.

Attività aerobica/anaerobica di gruppo su bicicletta fissa.
Si pratica a varie velocità di pedalata, in genere con l'ausilio di un sottofondo musicale appropriato che accompagna di momento in momento il ritmo di pedalata.
La lezione si svolge in gruppo, sotto la guida di un istruttore, che detta i ritmi della pedalata.
Il programma Spinning è attuato da Istruttori certificati come Johnny G Spinning Instructor - JGSI.
Il ciclista viene trasportato in un viaggio immaginario in cui la concentrazione e il coinvolgimento aiutano la mente a non percepire la fatica. L’obiettivo è quello di spingersi oltre le capacità fisiche personali.
Le lezioni consentono un allenamento di grande dispendio calorico e migliorano non solo la potenza e la capacità lattacida, ma anche il lavoro degli apparati cardiocircolatorio e respiratorio.

A discipline fit for those who are in search of an effective aerobic training and want to lose weight, involving in particular the cardiovascular system while burning a high amount of calories. In a special atmosphere, the instructor uses various combinations of “bike” pedalling spurring you to challenge yourself!

This course is aimed at a global aerobic workout with a toning up and stretching effect for all muscular groups. It aims at the recovery or maintenance of physical efficiency with the use of weights, elastic bands, ankle bands, bars and steps.

Hatha Yoga is based on a series of psychophysical exercises created in initiation schools in India and Tibet. It teaches how to dominate the energy within man, manifested in breathing, and therefore to achieve a sure control of the most instable and mobile thing that one can imagine, that is the mind always restless, ready to wander and go astray.
